What We Do

From the beginning skater to the competitive athlete, Chicago Sk8 sincerely believes that figure skating teaches sportsmanship, discipline, character development as well as skating skills. Developing well-adjusted & well-rounded young people is our goal.

About Us

Chicago Sk8 is a team of skaters, parents, and coaches working together to provide exceptional figure skating experiences for figure skaters at all levels. Skaters receive comprehensive training, performance, competition, and community engagement opportunities. Chicago Sk8 is structured to encourage a balance between skating and academics.

The mission of Chicago Sk8 is to provide coaching and coach training that inspires and guides motivated and passionate people to their best skating life. We do this through heart-centered personal engagement and authentic business principles.

The vision of Chicago Sk8 allows all skaters to realize their self-actualized potential so they can live a purposeful, abundant, and meaningful skating life.

The Aspire Program

For skaters who have completed Basic 5/6, Chicago Sk8’s Aspire Program focuses on skating, jumping, and spinning skills while teaching what it means to be a figure skater. Core values of Attitude, Sportsmanship, Perseverance, Integrity, Respect, and Effort are central to our program. A friendly, inclusive environment is our hallmark, because we know that Skating Friends are the Best Friends!

Bridge to Aspire Classes

Join us for our Bridge to Aspire Class for skaters Basic 4 and up. The class is designed to transition skaters from basic skills to the exciting world of figure skating. This engaging program focuses on strengthening fundamental skills and preparing skaters for more advanced levels in a supportive environment. Our class is the perfect launchpad for your aspiring figure skater.
